SANCHIN – RES IPSA LOQUITUR

I have a latin phrase burned in my mind from my years as a student at Seton Hall Law School, Newark, New Jersey (1985-1989). That phrase is “Res Ipsa Loquitur.” It means “the thing speaks for itself.” Res Ipsa Loquitur was not only a legal principle I was required to earn, it was also the name of our school newspaper. As such, I was routinely exposed to it. Now, Res Ipsa Loquitur is the foundation of our latest group Sanchin Pilgrimage.

It is now time for the performance of Sanchin (and the benefits derived therefrom) to speak for themselves in the

Sanchin Res Ipsa Loquitur Pilgrimage

Remember, the group dynamic is not fulfilled by all of us being geographically present, rather, it is fulfilled by each of us performing Sanchin in the proscribed manner.

Session Parameters:

Date: Every day beginning Monday, July 6th and ending Sunday, July 12th;

Time: Sunset

Location:  Any location; however, I would suggest an outdoor location;

Salient Points:

• This one is simple – perform Sanchin as above and let Sanchin (and its benefits) “speak for itself!”
